The Host of Heaven comes with light and majesty,
sincere, gracious, full of geniality.
He smiles with warmest intimacy,
with hospitality, with joy to see me.
His raiment glows, and from broad shoulders flows
snow-white, bright as sunlight, fresh as the rose.
I’m bourn to His embrace, in His arms find my place
under soft mirthful eyes, by that beautiful face.
